MDC Director Kathy Mac Dermott leads the work, involving dedicated experts in the fields required for each engagement. This is what sets us apart.

And a commitment to give back to the communities we are so fortunate to live and work in. Each year 5% of our revenue is donated to the Property Industry Foundation and Homes for Homes to help address homelessness.
